Bizarre Dreams
Bizarre does not even begin to cover. Absolutelystarts crazy, but I can not help thinking that the English language is not strong enough to describe the dream. I woke up a few times in a cold sweat of these dreams, and I almost never remember my dreams as normal.
Nausea, vomiting and dizziness
As it seems. I felt like I was about to fall over and vomit at the same time. Is supposed to be a rare event, but the audience has not really helped. Still sucks!
SkinIrritation
It was not really bad, but worth mentioning. The area around where the patch was applied and achieved beautiful red (and remained so for a few days after they stopped using the patch.) Comparatively, however, it does not really matter to me above.
Conclusion
So, yes, side effects are not very large. Personally, I have a lot to overcome with the nicotine patch (I used the call EasyQuit system like this, like cold stopturkey, only the most easy), but it seems that many swear by them. Personally, I do not use only the severity of side effects.
